Parent and Me

(18 mo. to 2 1/2 years old)- Enjoy your child's first experience with gymnastics first hand!  Your little gymnast will discover a new world of flipping, swinging, jumping, and climbing all in the name of fun.  We emphasize development of listening skills, body awareness, and gross motor skills.

Penguins

(2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years old *Must be potty trained)- Our Penguins learn the joys of cooperative play in a fun and creative way.  We use gymnastics as preparation for your child's first school experience.  Usually, this is your child's first activity without a parent (No worries, parents, there will be plenty of tissue in our beautiful lobby for you!!

 

Ducks

 (3 to 4 1/2 years old *Must be potty trained)- A child gets their wings!  Once your little gymnast has refined listening skills, our Ducks focus on aspects of independence.  Watch them tackle each individual station and soar to new heights.

Caterpillars

(22 to 30 months)- dance classes are for our littlest dancers.  This introduction to dance increases early coordination, including instruction in ballet and jazz. Toddlers learn the joy of movement and dance in a fun, educational and nurturing environment.  A wide variety of music, props, and rhythm instruments adds to the fun and learning, allowing toddlers to get some exercise and to socialize with other boys and girls.

Bumble Bees

(2.5 to 3 years old)- our youngest class, no experience required. This introduction to dance increases early coordination, including instruction in ballet and jazz. Toddlers learn the joy of movement and dance in a fun, educational and nurturing environment.  A wide variety of music, props, and rhythm instruments adds to the fun and learning, allowing toddlers to get some exercise and to socialize with other boys and girls.

Lady Bugs

(3 to 4 years old)- some classroom experience. This is a one-hour combination class that teaches our young students proper technique and terminology in the two main staples of dance: ballet and tap. These combination classes offer a well-rounded program in the art of dance where students enjoy extending their knowledge of tap, and ballet. Our faculty teaches with creative concepts, so the class is fun with added props and tactics, while it’s also educational.
